It's essential to recognize that games like GTA V were created by companies like Rockstar Studios, with the involvement of thousands of professionals working collaboratively. 

Maybe it is best to start with simpler projects, such as creating a Pong-like game or a Tetris clone. 

For website development, you could begin with a weather app, and as you gain proficiency, move on to more complex projects like a Facebook clone. 

By starting with manageable projects and gradually increasing the complexity, you can build your skills and knowledge while maintaining a sense of accomplishment and progress.
